Ritesh Pandey was born on 14 May 1991 in Sasaram, Bihar. His family’s financial condition was not good, so his father moved to Benares with the whole family. Riteish Pandey also went to study in a school in Banaras, where his father used to study.
Ritesh passed class 12th with good marks from the subject of Biology. Due to getting good marks, Ritesh’s father decided to get him ready for medical treatment in Kota, but Ritesh Pandey was not interested in it. He had decided to make a career in singing.
Due to this decision of Ritesh, his whole family was against him but he did not back down and started working hard. He did his graduation in music from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth University, Banaras.
After completing his studies, he decided to release his own album and got his song recorded in a studio in Banaras. On this album, they did not get any specific response from the people and the money also went away. Due to lack of money, he had to stay in the same studio for 2 years and he also learned recording.
Then Ritesh Pandey recorded another song called ‘Karua Tel’ whose cassettes he sold himself. People liked this song very much. After this, he also started getting offers of songs and has so far sung many hit songs in Bhojpuri.
